	SFO Group was conceived in 2003. We saw a demand for offshore fishing and decided to put our talents and resources into helping others have the fishing experience of their dreams. We love to fish, and we love to see people catch fish. Okinawa has some of the best sport fishing in the world. Our participating Skippers are members of the Okinawa Fishing Association known as Kumiai. Between the Guides and the Skippers, we have over 300 years of fishing experience. That is something you just can't buy in a store. We are also importing tackle, and custom making tackle for not only our charter customers, but for the Fishing Association as well. Barnacle Bill is the first foreigner to be certified as a fishing guide by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.
